Data Retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active mailing list. Server logs are retained only for the short period our hosting provider keeps them.

Your Rights

Since the only personal information we hold is newsletter email addresses, the simplest path is the unsubscribe link in any of our emails—but you can also email us at hello@astonwest.co and we will honor any access or deletion request.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
